Етнополітичні конфлікти в країнах кавказького регіону (1991-2022 рр.)

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається з 71 сторінки, містить 49 джерел, 23 монографій та статей. Ключові слова: Кавказький регіон, Ічкерія, ваххабізм, Карабах, Арцах, Нагірно-Карабаська Республіка, сепаратизм, пострадянський період, територіальні конфлікти, міжнародне втручання. Актуальність теми. В останні роки існування наддержави СРСР та після її розпаду, в грудні 1991 року, процеси дестабілізації охопили значну частину пострадянської території. Особливої гостроти в означений період набули ідеологічні розбіжності та військово-політичне протистояння, властиві періодам розпаду багатьох багатонаціональних держав, що зумовило формування і зростання напруженості в певних регіонах. У багатьох колишніх союзних республіках відзначалося посилення націоналістичних настроїв і територіальних претензій, що спровокувало виникнення численних етнічних та політичних конфліктів. З моменту розпаду Радянського Союзу країни Кавказького регіону стикаються з етнополітичними протистояннями, які мали в собі територіальні претензії, релігійні та політичні конфлікти. Етнополітичні конфлікти в Кавказькому регіоні є однією з найскладніших та найважливіших проблем сучасного світу. Цей регіон розташований між Чорним та Каспійським морями, відзначається своєю великою етнічною та культурною різноманітністю, що відображається в розмаїтті національних груп, мов та релігій. Кавказ також відомий своєю довгою історією етнополітичних конфліктів, які були серйозними викликами для підтримання стабільності та миру в регіоні. Розглянемо етнополітичні конфлікти новітньої історії кавказького регіону, котрі залишили відбитки на подальший розвиток зовнішньої та внутрішньої політики держав. Чеченський, Грузинський, Карабаський конфлікти та ситуація на Кавказі в новітньому періоді світової історії викликає серйозний інтерес у вітчизняних та закордонних дослідників. Об’єкт дослідження: воєнні конфлікти на пострадянському просторі. Предмет дослідження: сучасні етнополітичні конфлікти в країнах кавказького регіону. Мета дослідження: аналіз складних етнополітичних процесів у кавказькому регіоні, визначення стратегій для подолання конфліктів та забезпечення миру і стабільності в регіоні. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі передбачається вирішити наступні науково-дослідні завдання: 1. Розглянути етнополітичні конфлікти в країнах кавказького регіону; 2. Проаналізувати конфлікти, визначити схожі риси та розбіжності; 3. Сформулювати прогноз розвитку та потенційні можливості виходу з конфлікту. Хронологічні рамки дослідження: період від кінця 80-х років XX ст. до 2023 року. Географічні межі: Кавказький регіон, що охоплює такі країни як Російська Федерація, Грузія, Вірменія, Азербайджан. Наукова новизна: у роботі розглядаються події за межами конфлікту: не тільки сутність самих протистоянь, а й внутрішні колізії, міжнародна реакція країн та організацій. Також зроблено спробу схарактеризувати наслідки для усіх учасників військового конфлікту на сучасному етапі. Практичне значення: матеріали магістерської роботи можна застосовувати під час вивчення сучасних етнічних, військових та політичних конфліктів, які мали місце в сучасній історії Кавказького регіону, враховуючи виокремлення спільних рис, тенденцій, стратегій, визначення закономірностей. Теоретичне значення: на основі дослідження було узагальнено інформацію стосовно етнополітичних конфліктів на території Кавказького регіону. Зроблені висновки відкривають перспективи подальших досліджень, вивчення проблем та перспектив подібних конфліктів як на території пострадянського простору, так і інших регіонів.

Relevance of the topic. In the last years of the existence of the USSR superpower and after its collapse in December 1991, destabilization processes covered a large part of the post-Soviet territory. Ideological differences and military-political confrontation, typical to the periods of collapse of many multinational states, became particularly intense during this period, which led to the formation and growth of tensions in certain regions. In many former Soviet republics, nationalist sentiments and territorial disputes have increased, which has provoked numerous ethnic and political conflicts. Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, the countries of the Caucasus region have been facing ethno-political confrontations that have included territorial claims, religious and political conflicts. Ethno-political conflicts in the Caucasus region are one of the most complex and important problems in the modern world. This region is located between the Black and Caspian Seas and is known for its great ethnic and cultural diversity, which is reflected in the variety of national groups, languages and religions. The Caucasus is also known for its long history of ethno-political conflicts, which have posed serious challenges to maintaining stability and peace in the region. Let's look at the ethno-political conflicts in the recent history of the Caucasus region that have left their mark on the further development of foreign and domestic policies. The Chechen, Georgian, Karabakh conflicts and the situation in the Caucasus region in the modern period of world history are of great interest to domestic and foreign researchers. The object of the research: military conflicts in the post-Soviet countries. The subject of the research: modern ethno-political conflicts in the countries of the Caucasus region. The aim of the research is to analyze the complex ethno-political processes in the Caucasus region, to identify strategies for overcoming conflicts and ensuring peace and stability in the region. For achieving the above set goals we are to investigate the following specific research objectives: 1. To analyze ethno-political conflicts in the countries of the Caucasus region; 2. To analyze the conflicts, identify similarities and differences; 3. To formulate a forecast of development and potential ways out of the conflict. The chronological frames of the research: period from the late 80s of the XX century to 2023. The geographical boundaries of the research: The Caucasus region, which includes such countries as the Russian Federation, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan. Scientific novelty: The paper examines events outside the conflict: not only the essence of the confrontations themselves, but also internal conflicts, and the international response of countries and organizations. An attempt is also made to characterize the consequences for all participants in the military conflict at the present stage. The applied significance of the research is that the materials of the research can be used in the study of modern ethnic, military and political conflicts that have taken place in the modern history of the Caucasus region, including the identification of common features, trends, strategies, and patterns. Theoretical significance: the study summarises information on ethno-political conflicts in the Caucasus region. The findings open up prospects for further research, studying the problems and prospects of similar conflicts both in the post-Soviet space and in other regions.
