Cоціально-економічний потенціал України щодо перспектив інтеграції в ЄС

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 98 с., 2 рис., 4 табл., 56 джерел. Об'єкт дослідження: соціально-економічна система України. Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних і практичних основ соціально-економічного потенціалу України щодо перспектив євроінтеграції. Мета роботи: дослідити сучасний стан соціально-економічного потенціалу України щодо перспектив інтеграції в ЄС, визначити виклики й перспективи європейської інтеграції України. Метод дослідження: статистичний аналіз, бібліографічний огляд, метод експертних оцінок і порівняльний метод. У роботі розглянуто різні підходи до тлумачення «інтеграції», засади функціонування ЄС та його стратегічні плани в оборонній, економічній і соціальній сферах. Проаналізовано сучасний стан відносин Україна – ЄС в умовах повномасштабної війни, зокрема економічні виклики та перспективи європейської інтеграції України, соціальну складову євроінтеграції, шлях України до євроспільноти після набуття статусу кандидата на членство в ЄС. Визначено перспективи конвергенції української й європейської соціально-економічних систем. Розглянуто чинники впливу на темп процесу конвергенції. На прикладі Польщі обґрунтовано недоліки й переваги євроінтеграції, визначено вектор інституціональних змін необхідних для завершення процесу євроінтеграції. Надано пропозиції щодо удосконалення євроінтеграційного процесу.

The subject of research: a set of theoretical and practical foundations of Ukraine's socio-economic potential in terms of European integration prospects. Research objectives: to investigate the current state of Ukraine's socio-economic potential in relation to the prospects of integration into the EU, to identify challenges and possibilities for Ukraine's integration into the EU. Research method: statistical analysis, bibliographic review, expert opinion method and comparative method. The paper examines different approaches to the interpretation of "integration", the principles of the EU's functioning and its strategic plans in the defense, economic and social spheres. The author analyses the current state of EU-Ukraine interactions in the context of a full-scale war, including economic challenges and prospects for Ukraine's European integration, the social component of European integration, and Ukraine's path to the European community after becoming an EU candidate. Prospects for the convergence of the Ukrainian and European socio-economic systems are identified. The factors influencing the pace of the convergence process are considered. Using the example of Poland, the disadvantages and advantages of European integration are substantiated, and the vector of institutional changes necessary to complete the process of European integration is determined. Proposals for improving the European integration process are made.
