Abstract

UA : Актуальність дослідження обґрунтована тим, що спроби розуміння сучасного стану трансформації міжнародних відносин були закладені в часи падіння двополюсного світу епохи протистояння США та Радянського союзу, і формування нових основ світового і міжнародного порядку. У цей період розриваються старі та виникають нові, часом несподівані взаємозв'язки; з’являються нові осі та вузли протиріч; змінюються стратегічні парадигми. Формується щільне транснаціональне політичне й економічне середовище. Сучасний світовий політичний процес стрімко розвивається: за останні сто років тільки кількість держав – активних суб'єктів міжнародних відносин збільшилася з тридцяти до двохсот. Постбіполярна міжнародна система чи міжнародні відносини після закінчення «холодної війни» стали ключовими поняттями для загального розуміння зв’язку та залежності процесів у геополітиці, світовій політиці після падіння завіси, яка умовно розділяла світ. Говорячи про постбіполярну міжнародну систему, намагаються підкреслити протистояння двох провідних країн, зникнення дуалізму на арені міжнародної політики після розпаду Радянського Союзу як наддержави. Єдиною наддержавою залишалися США, хоча певні елементи наддержави характерні для впливових суб'єктів сучасних міжнародних відносин. У другому випадку – система міжнародних відносин після завершення «холодної війни» – ключовим для оцінки сучасного стану міжнародних відносин є акцент на зникненні вузлових розмежувальних ліній на арені світової політики – між соціалізмом і капіталізму, між державним регулюванням і ринковою економікою і, нарешті, між СРСР і США. Система міжнародних відносин у сучасному світі займає важливу роль і має дуже складну структуру. Її структура відіграє фундаментальну роль у вивченні законів функціонування міжнародної системи. Категорії ролі та статусу держави є істотними орієнтирами в системі міжнародних відносин. І саме питання про роль України в системі міжнародних відносин постає актуальним для того, щоб вибудувати систему координат дій.

EN : The relevance of the study is based on the fact that attempts to understand the current state of the transformation of international relations were laid during the fall of the bipolar world during the era of confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union, and the formation of new foundations of the world and international order. During this period, old relationships are broken and new, sometimes unexpected relationships arise; new axes and nodes of contradictions appear; strategic paradigms are changing. A dense transnational political and economic environment is forming. The modern world political process is developing rapidly: over the past hundred years alone, the number of states that are active subjects of international relations has increased from thirty to two hundred. The post-bipolar international system or international relations after the end of the "Cold War" have become key concepts for a general understanding of the connection and dependence of processes in geopolitics, world politics after the fall of the curtain that conventionally divided the world. Speaking about the post-bipolar international system, they try to emphasize the confrontation between the two leading countries, the disappearance of dualism in the arena of international politics after the collapse of the Soviet Union as a superpower. The United States remained the only superpower, although certain elements of a superpower are characteristic of influential subjects of modern international relations. In the second case - the system of international relations after the end of the "Cold War" - the key to assessing the current state of international relations is the emphasis on the disappearance of nodal dividing lines in the arena of world politics - between socialism and capitalism, between state regulation and the market economy, and, finally, between the USSR and the USA. The system of international relations in the modern world plays an important role and has a very complex structure. Its structure plays a fundamental role in studying the laws of functioning of the international system. The categories of the role and status of the state are essential reference points in the system of international relations. And the very question of Ukraine's role in the system of international relations becomes relevant in order to build a system of action coordinates.
