Сучасний світ визначається неперервними змінами та інноваціями, і успішне функціонування в ньому вимагає постійного розвитку та адаптації до нових умов. Здатність адаптуватися та швидко реагувати на виклики стала критичною для досягнення успіху в сучасному суспільстві. У цьому контексті, креативність та креативне мислення виступають як ключові фактори, що визначають індивідуальний та професійний розвиток особистості. Концепція четвертої економічної революції, визначена Клаусом Швабом, обумовлює новий спосіб розвитку, де роботизація та автоматизація виробництва змінюють багато традиційних професій. Це призводить до зникнення деяких спеціальностей та виникнення нових, які вимагають не лише технічних навичок, але і «soft skills» навичок, таких як ефективне спілкування, робота в команді, критичне мислення та креативність. Розвиток цих навичок стає необхідною передумовою для досягнення успіху в кар'єрі та особистому житті. Наукова новизна нашого дослідження полягає в поглибленні розуміння змісту креативного мислення та його впливу на розвиток «soft skills» серед підлітків. Робота розкриває теоретичні аспекти, систематизує та узагальнює наукові дані щодо особливостей розвитку креативного мислення. Вона враховує сучасні тенденції розвитку креативного мислення в життєдіяльності підлітків. Зокрема, розглядаються фактори, які впливають на розвиток творчого потенціалу підлітків, враховуючи психологічні аспекти даного періоду становлення особистості. Одним із ключових аспектів наукової новизни є аналіз прогнозного впливу розвитку креативного мислення на формування «soft skills» у підлітків. Робота розглядає можливості використання набутих творчих навичок в різних сферах життя підлітків та їх перспективи на майбутнє. Важливим етапом дослідження є розробка рекомендацій для викладачів гри на музичних інструментах. Запропоновані методи включають активні форми взаємодії з учнем/ученицею, які стимулюють творчий підхід до навчання, індивідуалізацію, що враховує різноманітність здібностей учнів, та використання інтерактивних технологій для залучення підлітків до навчального процесу.

The modern world is defined by continuous changes and innovations, and successful functioning in it requires constant development and adaptation to new conditions. The ability to adapt and respond quickly to challenges has become critical to success in today's society. In this context, creativity and creative thinking act as key factors determining the individual and professional development of an individual. The concept of the fourth economic revolution, defined by Klaus Schwab, determines a new way of development, where robotics and automation of production change many traditional professions. This leads to the disappearance of some specialties and the emergence of new ones that require not only technical skills, but also "soft skills" such as effective communication, teamwork, critical thinking and creativity. Development of these skills becomes a necessary prerequisite for success in career and personal life. The scientific novelty of our research lies in deepening the understanding of the content of creative thinking and its influence on the development of "soft skills" among teenagers. The work reveals theoretical aspects, systematizes and summarizes scientific data on the peculiarities of the development of creative thinking. It takes into account modern trends in the development of creative thinking in the life of teenagers. In particular, the factors that affect the development of the creative potential of teenagers are considered, taking into account the psychological aspects of this period of personality formation. One of the key aspects of scientific novelty is the analysis of the predictive impact of the development of creative thinking on the formation of "soft skills" in adolescents. The work examines the possibilities of using acquired creative skills in various spheres of teenagers' lives and their prospects for the future. An important stage of research is the development of recommendations for teachers of playing musical instruments. The proposed methods include active forms of interaction with the student, which stimulate a creative approach to learning, individualization that takes into account the diversity of students' abilities, and the use of interactive technologies to involve adolescents in the educational process.
