Аналіз організаційно-технологічних рішень при будівництві 10-ти поверхового житлового будинку

Abstract

UA : В роботі проведено детальний аналіз організаційно-технологічних рішень при будівництві багатоповерхових житлових будинків. Особливу увагу приділено організації будівельних процесів. З метою уніфікації і стандартизації основних положень підготовки будівельного виробництва, забезпечення узгодженої діяльності всіх учасників будівництва та забезпечення інтересів основних учасників втілення будівельного проекту, планомірного розгортання будівельно-монтажних робіт і введення в експлуатацію об’єктів у терміни, встановлені в договорах (контрактах), як у державних будівельних організаціях, так і в будівельних фірмах з іншими формами власності, застосовується єдина система підготовки будівельного виробництва. Грунтовно досліджено науково-технічні джерела, що віддзеркалюють актуальність вибраної тематики, у розрізі аналізу організаційно- технологічних рішень при будівництві житлової будівлі.

EN : The paper carried out a detailed analysis of organizational and technological solutions in the construction of multi-storey residential buildings. Particular attention is paid to the organization of construction processes. In order to unify and standardize the main provisions of the preparation of construction production, ensure the coordinated activities of all construction participants and ensure the interests of the main participants in the implementation of the construction project, the systematic deployment of construction and installation works and the introduction of operation of facilities within the terms established in contracts (contracts), both in state construction organizations and in construction firms with other forms of ownership, a unified system of preparation of construction production is applied. The scientific and technical sources, reflecting the relevance of the chosen topic, in the context of analyzing organizational and technological solutions in the construction of a residential building, are thoroughly studied.
