Мета дослідження: виявити та обґрунтувати засоби, що забезпечують інтеграцію гендерного підходу в професійну підготовку майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти. Об’єкт дослідження: процес професійної підготовки майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: особливості інтеграції гендерного підходу у професійній підготовці педагогів закладів вищої освіти. У роботі визначено основні дослідницькі позиції вітчизняних і зарубіжних науковців щодо розуміння феномену «гендер»; виокремлено передумови і джерела виникнення гендерного підходу, причини врахування та втілення його ідей в національну систему вищої освіти; узагальнено набутий досвід щодо труднощів, досягнень і стратегій інтеграції гендерного підходу в національну систему вищої освіти; експериментально досліджено особливості інтеграції гендерного підходу у професійну підготовку майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти. Практичне значення дослідження: розроблено методику діагностики рівнів гендерної компетентності майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти.

The purpose of the research: to identify and substantiate the means that ensure the integration of the gender approach in the professional training of future teachers of higher education institutions. Object of research: the process of professional training of future teachers of higher education institutions. The subject of the study: peculiarities of the integration of the gender approach in the professional training of teachers of higher education institutions. The work defines the main research positions of domestic and foreign scientists regarding the understanding of the "gender" phenomenon; the prerequisites and sources of the emergence of the gender approach, the reasons for taking into account and implementing its ideas into the national system of higher education are highlighted; the experience gained regarding the difficulties, achievements and strategies of integrating the gender approach into the national system of higher education is summarized; the peculiarities of the integration of the gender approach in the professional training of future teachers of higher education institutions were experimentally investigated. The practical significance of the study: a methodology for diagnosing the levels of gender competence of future teachers of higher education institutions has been developed.
