Особистісно орієнтоване управління закладом загальної середньої освіти

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 80 сторінках друкованого тексту. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел. Мета дослідження: визначення й наукове обґрунтування технологій особистісно орієнтованого управління та факторів впливу на ефективність їх упровадження. Об’єкт дослідження: особистісно орієнтовне управління закладом освіти. Предмет дослідження: технології особистісно орієнтованого управління закладом загальної середньої освіти. У кваліфікаційній роботі охарактеризовано концептуальні засади особистісно орієнтованого управління закладом освіти; висвітлено особливості технологічного підходу до реалізації особистісно орієнтованого освітнього процесу; розкрито роль особистісно орієнтованого управління закладом освіти як засобу розвитку творчих здібностей педагогів; визначено та проаналізовано фактори впливу на процес ефективного упровадження особистісно орієнтованого управління закладом освіти.

The purpose of the research: definition and scientific substantiation of technologies of personally oriented management and factors affecting the effectiveness of their implementation. The object of the study: person-oriented management of an educational institution. The subject of the research: technologies of personally oriented management of the institution of general secondary education. The qualification work describes the conceptual principles of personally oriented management of an educational institution; the peculiarities of the technological approach to the implementation of the personally oriented educational process are highlighted; the role of personally oriented management of an educational institution as a means of developing the creative abilities of teachers is revealed; the influencing factors on the process of effective introduction of person-oriented management of the educational institution were determined and analyzed.
