Оцінювання конкурентоспроможності як основного чинника забезпечення економічної безпеки АТ «Ельворті»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 119 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 24 таблиці, 18 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження виступає безпековий механізм забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні питання розвитку безпекового механізму забезпечення конкурентоспроможності АТ «Ельворті». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток безпекового механізму забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, а також обґрунтування напрямів підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності й економічної безпеки АТ «Ельворті». Виходячи з цієї мети, були розроблені такі завдання дослідження: визначена економічна суть конкурентоспроможності підприємства; досліджений алгоритм формування безпекового механізму забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства; опрацьовані сучасні науково- методичні підходи до оцінювання конкурентоспроможності підприємства для підвищення його економічної безпеки; вивчені організаційно-економічні аспекти роботи та проведений аналіз фінансово-економічних показників АТ «Ельворті»; здійснене оцінювання рівня конкурентоспроможності АТ «Ельворті» для підвищення його економічної безпеки; вдосконалений підхід оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства; виявлені фактори негативного впливу та запропоновані напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності АТ «Ельворті» та його економічної безпеки. Практичне значення мають розробки щодо факторів негативного впливу, напрямів підвищення конкурентоспроможності, а також економічної безпеки.

EN : The work is presented on 119 pages of printed text, contains 24 tables, 18 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 70 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the security mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodical and practical issues of the development of the security mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of JSC "Elworthy". The purpose of the master's qualification work is the development of a security mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise, as well as the justification of directions for increasing the level of competitiveness and economic security of JSC "Elworthy". Based on this goal, the following research tasks were developed: the economic essence of the enterprise's competitiveness was determined; researched algorithm for the formation of a security mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise; developed modern scientific and methodical approaches to assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise to increase its economic security; organizational and economic aspects of work were studied and the financial and economic indicators of JSC "Elworthy" were analyzed; assessment of the level of competitiveness of JSC "Elworthy" was carried out to increase its economic security; improved approach to assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise; identified factors of negative influence and proposed directions for increasing the competitiveness of JSC "Elworthy" and its economic security. Of practical importance are developments on the identification of factors of negative influence and substantiation of directions for increasing competitiveness, as well as economic security of JSC "Elworthy", namely: increasing the efficiency of the personnel management system and motivation of labor activity; development of innovative activities and wider introduction of new and energy- saving technologies; activation of investment activities of the combine; increasing the business activity of the enterprise and the efficiency of management of current assets; strengthening the financial stability of the metallurgical plant; diversification of financial resources to optimize their structure; development of strategic marketing in order to increase the share in the international market and meet the needs of domestic consumers.
