Сучасна англомовна термінологія ІТ-галузі та особливості її перекладу українською мовою

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: англомовна термінологія IT-галузі. Мета роботи: уточнити особливості перекладу IT-термінології з англійської мови на українську задля подальшого вкладу в систематизацію і примноження українськомовної IT-термінології. Теоретико-методологічні засади: дедуктивний і індуктивний у дослідженні семантичних особливостей і структур розглядуваних термінів, метод суцільної вибірки досліджуваних термінів, кількісний підрахунок досліджуваних одиниць і шляхів їхнього перекладу; компаративний, історичний, дескриптивний, корпусний методи. Отримані результати: внаслідок проведеного дослідження було

визначено відсоткову кількість моделей передачі англомовних термінів- словосполучень і складних термінів IT-галузі і ї способи їхнього перекладу.

Також було визначено різновиди і способи передачі українською мовою скорочень і абревіатур англомовної IT-термінології. І так само було досліджено питання багатозначності і варіативності відповідностей англомовних термінів IT-галузі і проаналізовано способи їх перекладу.

EN : The presented paper is dedicated to analyzing modern English IT terminology and studying its core features of translation into Ukrainian. The object of work can be defined as an English terminology of the IT industry. The paper's main aim is to clarify the specifics of IT terminology while translating from English into Ukrainian and further assist in the systematization and multiplication of Ukrainian IT terminology. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: - research of English IT terminology, ways of its formation, word formation, and translation of texts with the inclusion of IT vocabulary; - determination of the peculiarities of the translation of English IT terminology. As a result of the conducted research, the percentage of models of transmission of English terms-phrases and complex terms of the IT industry and their translation methods was determined. Varieties and ways of transmitting English IT terminology abbreviations into Ukrainian were also determined. In the same way, the issue of ambiguity and variability of correspondences of English terms to the IT industry was investigated, and their translation methods were analyzed, too.
