Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми «Розширення каналів збуту в умовах воєнного часу» зумовлена забезпеченістю формування ефективних засад управління матеріальними потоками в умовах воєнного часу та розподілу ресурсів, в умовах війни які є наслідками руйнування систем логістики, складів та території підприємств. Методом кваліфікаційного дослідження є розробка теоретичних пропозицій та практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення засад управління матеріальними потоками. Для досягнення поставленої мети було поставлено завдання представляти понятійний апарат у сфері наукового забезпечення управління матеріальними потоками; програми економічні та суто процесні складові по управління розподільчою логістикою; дослідити сучасні підходи та проблеми управління розподільчою логістикою; провести структурний аналіз та здійснити оцінку показників ефективності управління логістикою. Об’єктом дослідження є бізнес-процеси підприємства в умовах транспортних обмежень та невизначеності.

EN : The relevance of the topic "Expansion of sales channels in wartime conditions" is due to ensuring the formation of effective principles of material flow management in wartime conditions and the distribution of resources in wartime conditions, which are the consequences of the destruction of logistics systems, warehouses and the territory of enterprises. The method of qualification research is the development of theoretical proposals and practical recommendations for improving the principles of material flow management. To achieve the goal, the task was set to present a conceptual apparatus in the field of scientific support for the management of material flows; programs of economic and purely process components for management of distribution logistics; to investigate modern approaches and problems of distribution logistics management; conduct a structural analysis and evaluate the performance indicators of logistics management. The object of the study is the business processes of the enterprise in conditions of transport restrictions and uncertainty.
