Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження даної кваліфікаційної роботи є суспільні відносини у сфері охорони та захисту прав осіб, які працюють за кордоном. Предметом дослідження є механізм захисту прав осіб, які працюють за кордоном. На сьогодні, трудова міграція населення України є масштабним, загальнодержавним явищем, яке потребує всебічного вивчення, аналізу, прогнозування. Українські мігранти часто стикаються з проявами нетерпимості щодо себе, порушенням трудових прав та інших основних прав і свобод тільки тому, що у них інше громадянство, національність та віросповідання. Також громадяни, які опиняються у складних ситуаціях у більшості випадків не повiдомляють про такі порушення, адже усвідомлюють складність захисту своїх прав. Тим не менше, в Україні має бути вироблений чіткий, прозорий, зрозумілий та дієвий механізм охорони та захисту прав осіб, які працюють за кордоном, в тому числі за участю органів державної влади.
