Сучасні тенденції міжнародного поділу праці в умовах глобалізації

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра: 109 с., 5 рис., 13 табл., 84 джерел, 0 додатків. Об’єктом дослідження є процес розвитку міжнародного поділу праці в умовах глобалізації. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, наукові та практичні аспекти розвитку міжнародного поділу праці. Мета роботи – розкриття значимості міжнародного поділу праці та ретельний теоретичний опис його аспектів, вивчення нових тенденцій та особливостей міжнародного, виявлення особливостей розвитку міжнародної торгівлі та її взаємозв’язок з поглибленням участі країн світу в МПП. У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати: узагальнено рух міжнародного поділу праці, його значення та вплив на економічний розвиток країн; проаналізовано особливість участі України в сучасному міжнародному поділі праці; систематизовано міжнародний поділ праці в період глобалізації економічного розвитку та участі України в ньому; обґрунтовано фактори, суть, напрями МПП та показники, які визначають участь країни в МПП; удосконалено управління виробництвом, структури підприємств та підвищення кооперації праці; запропоновано використання новітніх технологій у виробництві, постійне оновлення асортименту продукції, підвищення її якості, а також раціональний розподіл ресурсів та фінансових коштів. Методи дослідження: системно-структурний, описовий, історичний, метод аналізу та синтезу, математично-систематичний, дедукційно-індукційний та абстрактно-логічний метод.

The object of the study is process of development of international division of labor in the conditions of globalization. The subject of the study is theoretical, scientific and practical aspects of the development of international division of labor. The purpose of the work is disclosing the importance of international division of labor and a thorough theoretical description of its aspects, exploring new trends and features of international trade, identifying features of international trade development and its relationship with deepening participation of countries in the IDL (international division of labor). In the process of research, the following scientific results were obtained: 1) generalized the movement of the international division of labor, its importance and impact on the economic development of countries; 2) analyzed the peculiarity of Ukraine's participation in the modern international division of labor; 3) systematized international division of labor in the period of globalization of economic development and Ukraine's participation in it; 4) substantiated factors, nature, directions of the WFP and indicators that determine the country's participation in the IDL; 5) improved production management, enterprise structures and increased labor cooperation; 6) proposed use of the latest technologies in production, constant updating of the product range, improvement of its quality, as well as rational allocation of resources and financial resources. Reports of international organizations, the work of foreign and Ukrainian scientists on the national economy, international division of labor, foreign economic relations, international economic relations and the Ukrainian economy served as the information base for writing the classification work. Methods of research: system-structural, descriptive, historical, method of analysis and synthesis, mathematical-systematic, deduction-induction and abstract-logical method. The scientific novelty of the study is substantiation, clarification and theoretical content of WFP in the conditions of globalization.
