Комплексна реабілітація осіб з ушкодженнями гомілковостопного суглобу в умовах районної лікарні

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 67 сторінок, 6 таблиць, 3 рисунки, 65 літературних джерела. Об'єкт дослідження – показники функціонального стану нижньої кінцівки у чоловіків з пошкодженнями гомілковостопного суглобу. Мета дослідження – вивчення ефективності комплексного застосування засобів фізичної терапії у хворих з переломами гомілковостопного суглобу в умовах районної лікарні. Методи дослідження – аналіз і узагальнення літературних джерел, аналіз амбулаторних карт хворих, метод суб'єктивної оцінки больового синдрому, гоніометрія суглобу, оцінка функціонального стану нижньої кінцівки методом тестування (LEFS), методи математичної статистики. Для пацієнтів у постіммобілізаційному періоді перелому гомілковостопного суглобу характерна наявність наступних суб'єктивних і об'єктивних показників: виразність больового синдрому при рухах за ВАШ болю – 52,28 мм, індекс функціонального стану нижньої кінцівки LEFS 50,27±4,08 балів, зниження амплітуди активних рухів у суглобі в середньому на 20° у сагітальній площині і на 15° у фронтальній площині, що відповідає середньому ступеню порушення функціонального стану нижньої кінцівки. Комплексне застосування лікувальних фізичних вправ, лікувального масажу та апаратної фізіотерапії методик у пацієнтів із наслідками переломів гомілковостопного суглобу на амбулаторному етапі сприяють зменшенню больового синдрому, більш якісному відновленню функції нижньої кінцівки і адаптації пацієнтів до побутових і трудових навантажень.

EN : Graduate work – consists of 67 pages, 6 tables, 3 figure, 65 references. Object of study – indicators of functional condition of the lower extremity in men with ankle injuries. Purpose of study – to study the effectiveness of the complex application of physical therapy in patients with ankle fractures in the district hospital. Research methods ‒ theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, analysis of medical documentation, the method of subjective evaluation of pain syndrome, goniometry, assessment of functional status of the lower extremity by the method of testing (LEFS), methods of mathematical statistics. It is shown that the following subjective and objective indicators are characteristic for patients in the post-mobilization period of ankle fracture: : the severity of the pain syndrome in the movements for pain of VAS is 52.28 mm, index of functional state of the lower extremity LEFS 50.27±4.08 points , the decrease in the amplitude of active movements in the joint by an average of 20 ° in the sagittal plane and 15 ° in the front plane, which corresponds to the average degree of impairment of the functional state of the lower extremity. The results of the study allowed us to confirm the general provisions on the positive impact of the complex application of physical therapy on the functional condition of the lower extremity of patients in the post-mobilization period of the ankle fracture. The complex application of therapeutic exercise, therapeutic massage and hardware physiotherapy techniques in patients with consequences of ankle fractures at the outpatient stage contribute to the reduction of pain, better recovery of lower extremity and adaptation to patients.
