Особливості біохімічних показників крові хворих на цукровий діабет І типу з супутнім захворюванням на гіпотиреоз

Об'єктом дослідження була венозна кров жінок із цукровим діабетом I типу та гіпотиреозом. Метою роботи було порівняти та вивчити різницю між параметрами крові хворих на цукровий діабет I типу та хворих на цукровий діабет I типу та гіпотиреоз. Актуальність дослідження обумовлена необхідністю визначити вплив цукрового діабету I типу та супутнього захворювання гіпотиреоз на загальний стан пацієнтів, щоб досягти позитивної динаміки в лікуванні необхідно проводити біохімічні дослідження аналізів крові. Методи дослідження: біохімічні – визначення глюкози в крові, глікованого білка (гемоглобіну), тіреотропного гормону (ТТГ) та тироксину (Т4), холестерину з обробкою експериментальних статичних даних. В результаті біохімічних досліджень крові хворих діабетом I типу та супутнім захворюванням гіпотиреозом мені вдалося виявити незначні порушення вуглеводного обміну за результатом аналізу глюкози і глікованого гемоглобіну. Бачимо підвищений вміст тіреотропного гормону, у другої групи що свідчить про гіпотиреоз. При аналізі віл. тироксину змін не виявлено, що характерно для первинного гіпотиреозу. Рівень холестерину підвищений у другої групи при діабеті та гіпотиреозі. Практичне значення роботи полягає в здатності оцінити перебіг хвороби діабету І типу та гіпотиреозу, і зрозуміти вплив захворювань на стан здоров’я пацієнтів.

The object of the study was venous blood of women with type I diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism. The aim of the study was to compare and study the difference between blood parameters of patients with type I diabetes mellitus and patients with type I diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism. The relevance of the study is due to the need to determine the impact of type I diabetes mellitus and concomitant hypothyroidism on the general condition of patients, to achieve positive dynamics in the treatment it is necessary to conduct biochemical blood tests. Research methods: biochemical - determination of blood glucose, glycated protein (hemoglobin), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and thyroxine (T4), cholesterol with processing of experimental static data. As a result of biochemical studies of the blood of patients with type I diabetes and concomitant hypothyroidism, I was able to detect minor disorders of carbohydrate metabolism as a result of analysis of glucose and glycated hemoglobin. We see an increased content of thyroid-stimulating hormone in the second group, which indicates hypothyroidism. In the analysis of oxen. thyroxine changes were not detected, which is characteristic of primary hypothyroidism. Cholesterol levels are elevated in the second group in diabetes and hypothyroidism. The practical value of the work is the ability to assess the course of type I diabetes and hypothyroidism, and to understand the impact of the disease on the health of patients.
