Управління системою економічної безпеки ПРАТ «ПІІВНІЧНИЙ ГІРНИЧОЗБАГАЧУВАЛЬНИЙ КОМБІНАТ» в умовах нестабільності

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 93 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 23 таблиці, 13 рисунків, 10 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 77 джерел, з них 7 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження в роботі виступає економічна безпека ПРАТ «ПІВНІЧНИЙ ГІРНИЧОЗБАГАЧУВАЛЬНИЙ КОМБІНАТ» (ПРАТ «ПІВНГЗК»). Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи та принципи управління системою економічної безпеки підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження стану та обґрунтування заходів щодо управління системою економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах нестабільності. Завдання: 1) дослідити теоретичні основи економічної безпеки промислового підприємства; 2) провести організаційно-економічну характеристику ПРАТ «ПІВНГЗК»; 3) запропонувати й обґрунтовати рекомендації щодо управління системою економічної безпеки ПРАТ «ПІВНГЗК» в умовах нестабільності; 4) обґрунтувати доцільність заходів підвищення щодо управління системою економічної безпеки ПРАТ «ПІВНГЗК» в умовах нестабільності. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансового та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: 1) досліджено теоретичні основи економічної безпеки промислового підприємства; 2) проведено організаційно-економічну характеристику ПРАТ «ПІВНГЗК»; 3) запропоновано й обґрунтовано рекомендації щодо управління системою економічної безпеки ПРАТ «ПІВНГЗК» в умовах нестабільності; 4) визначено напрями удосконалення щодо управління системою економічної безпеки ПРАТ «ПІВНГЗК» в умовах нестабільності.

EN : The work is presented on 93 pages of printed text, contains 23 tables, 13 figures, 10 annex. The list of referеnces includes 77 sources, 7 of them in foreign languages. The object of research in this work is the economic security of PJSC "NORTHERN MINING AND PROCESSING PLANT" (PJSC "PIVNGZK"). The subject of research is methodical approaches and principles of management of the economic security system of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to study the status and justification of measures to manage the economic security of the enterprise in conditions of instability. Tasks: 1) to investigate the theoretical foundations of economic security of an industrial enterprise as a component of the economic system of the state; 2) to provide the essence and significance of economic security for industrial enterprises of Ukraine; 3) identify the main problems of economic security on industrial enterprises; 4) assess the level of management of economic security of the enterprise; 5) to conduct organizational and economic characteristics of PJSC "NORTHERN MINING AND PROCESSING PLANT"; 6) propose and substantiate recommendations for the management of the economic security system of PJSC "PIVNGZK" in conditions of instability; 7) substantiate the expediency of measures to improve the management of the economic security system of PJSC "PIVNGZK" in conditions of instability; 8) to substantiate the expediency of measures to increase the level of management of the economic security system of PJSC "NORTHERN MINING AND PROCESSING PLANT". Research methods: generalization, deductive, financial and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. The obtained results: 1) the theoretical bases of economic security of the industrial enterprise are investigated; 2) the essence and significance of economic security for industrial enterprises of Ukraine are given; 3) the main problems of ensuring economic security at industrial enterprises are revealed; 4) the level of management of economic security of the enterprise is estimated; 5) organizational and economic characteristics of PJSC "NORTHERN MINING AND PROCESSING PLANT" were carried out; 6) recommendations on management of the economic security system of PJSC "PIVNGZK" in the conditions of instability are offered and substantiated; 7) areas for improvement in the management of the economic security system of PJSC "PIVNGZK" in conditions of instability are identified; 8) the expediency of measures to increase the level of management of the economic security system of PJSC "NORTHERN MINING AND PROCESSING PLANT" is substantiated.
