Формування цифрової компетентності студентів педагогічних коледжів у процесі фахової підготовки

Abstract

Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати модель та педагогічні умови формування цифрової компетентності студентів педагогічних коледжів у процесі фахової підготовки та експериментально перевірити їх ефективність. Об’єкт дослідження: процес професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів початкових класів у фахових закладах передвищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: організаційно-педагогічні умови формування цифрової компетентності студентів педагогічних коледжів у процесі фахової підготовки. У роботі розглянуто сутність та особливості понять «цифрова компетентність фахівця», «цифрова компетентність майбутнього вчителя початкових класів»; проаналізовано особливості вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду формування цифрової компетентності у студентів фахових закладів передвищої освіти; визначено та обґрунтовано основні організаційно-педагогічні умови формування цифрової компетентності студентів педагогічних коледжів у процесі фахової підготовки; розроблено структурно-функціональну модель формування цифрової компетентності студентів педагогічних коледжів у процесі фахової підготовки, ядром якої є організаційно-педагогічні умови формування цього феномену; експериментально перевірено ефективність розробленої моделі формування цифрової компетентності студентів педагогічних коледжів. Практичне значення результатів дослідження полягає у розробці методичних рекомендацій із застосування цифрових ресурсів у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів початкових класів, які можуть використати викладачі педагогічних коледжів та вчителі початкових класів у своїй професійній діяльності.

The object of reseаrch is the process of professional training future primary school teachers in professional institutions of pre-university education. The subject of reseаrch is the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation students’ digital competence in pedagogical colleges during the process of professional training. The purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretically the model and pedagogical conditions for the formation of digital competence of students of pedagogical colleges in the process of professional training and to test experimentally their effectiveness. The paper considers the essence and features of the concepts of "digital competence of the specialist", "digital competence of the future primary school teacher"; the peculiarities of domestic and foreign experience in the formation of digital competence in students of professional institutions of higher education are analyzed; the basic organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of digital competence of students of pedagogical colleges in the process of professional training are determined and substantiated; developed a structural and functional model of the formation of digital competence of students of pedagogical colleges in the process of professional training, the core of which is the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of this phenomenon; the efficiency of the developed model of formation of digital competence of students of pedagogical colleges is experimentally checked. The practical significance of the research results is to develop guidelines for the use of digital resources in the training of future primary school teachers, which can be used by teachers of pedagogical colleges and primary school teachers in their professional activities.
