Лінґвальні особливості перекладу першого сезону серіалу “Lucifer” з англійської мови на російську та українську

Abstract

EN : The presented paper is focused on determining the linguistic peculiarities of the translation of the first season of the TV series “Lucifer” from English into Russian and Ukrainian. The object of this paper is the original and translation of the first season of the TV series “Lucifer”. The main aim of the paper is to determine the linguistic peculiarities of the translation of the first season of the series “Lucifer” from English into Russian and Ukrainian. To achieve this aim, such objectives were set: - Investigate the translation of multimedia as a separate type of translation; - Identify the types and features of specific units; - Develop a theoretical basis for research on methods and problems in translating specific units; - Study the types of translation transformations, their significance and expediency in a given case; - Offer Ukrainian translation to the studied units; In this paper, we have analyzed the linguistic peculiarities of translation and identified ways to translate vocabulary, including idiomatic and specific units. The most common methods of translation were semantic development and adaptation. The least common are specification, conversion and antonymous translation. Translation of phraseological units was most often represented by phraseological analogue and descriptive translation, and phraseological analogue and loan translation were used the least. The terminology was transferred to the corresponding terms in Russian and Ukrainian. The author of this work proposed her own translation into Ukrainian in Part 3.

Мета роботи: виявити лінґвальні особливості перекладу першого сезону серіалу “Lucifer” з англійської мови на російську та українську. Теоретико-методологічні засади: теоретичні засади щодо особливостей кіноперекладу, перекладу фразеологізмів, сленгу та термінів: Ю. М. Лотман, К. Райс, В. С. Виноградов, В. Н. Комісаров, Я. Й. Рецкер, Р. Арнтц, В. І. Карабан та інші. Отримані результати: в процесі дослідження були проаналізовані лінґвальні особливості перекладу та виявлено способи перекладу лексики, у тому числі ідіоматичних та специфічних одиниць. Найрозповсюдженими способами перекладу були смисловий розвиток та адаптація. Найменш розповсюдженими – конкретизація, конверсія та антонімічний переклад. Переклад фразеологічних одиниць найчастіше був представлений фразеологічним аналогом та описовим перекладом, а фразеологічний аналог та калькування були використані найменше. Термінологія була передана відповідними термінами російської та української мов. Автор цієї роботи запропонував власний переклад на українську мову у розділі 3.
