Фiнансове оздоровлення ДП Завод «Електроважмаш» в умовах кризи

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 148 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 24 таблиці, 18 рисунків, 7 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 96 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослiдження є результати фiнансово-господарської дiяльностi дослiджуваного пiдприємства ДП Завод «Електроважмаш». Предметом дослiдження є механізм фінансового оздоровлення ДП Завод «Електроважмаш». Метою квалiфiкацiйної роботи магiстра є дослiдження теоретичних та практичних аспектів фінансового оздоровлення пiдприємств в умовах кризи, а також на основі фінансової діагностики підприємства розроблення рекомендацій щодо реалізації заходів з його фінансового оздоровлення. Завдання: 1) розглянути фiнансове оздоровлення пiдприємства як засобу попередження його банкрутства; 2) визначити механiзм фiнансового оздоровлення пiдприємства; 3) дослiдити методичний iнструментарiй дiагностики неплатоспроможностi пiдприємства; 4) здiйснити загальну характеристику ДП Завод «ЕЛЕКТРОВАЖМАШ»; 5) зробити аналiз ймовiрностi банкрутства підприємства та його ефективності; 6) обгрунтовано реструктуризацiю, як ефективний спосiб оздоровлення підприємства; 7) розглянути управління ліквідністю та платоспроможністю підприємства. Методи дослiджень: прийоми аналiзу i синтезу, порiвняльний i економiчний аналiз, графiчний метод, статистичний, абстрактно-логiчний, описовий та зведення. Одержанi результати та їх новизна: 1) проаналiзована фiнансова стiйкiсть пiдприємства; 2) розроблено рекомендацiї щодо фiнансового оздоровлення пiдприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатiв. Пропозицiї щодо методiв фiнансового оздоровлення пiдприємств в умовах кризи.

EN : The work is presented on 148 pages of printed text, contains 24 tables, 18 figures, 7 annex. The list of references includes 96 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the results of financial and economic activities of the investigated enterprise SE Plant «Electrovazhmash». The subject of the research is the mechanism of financial recovery of SE Plant «Electrovazhmash». The purpose of the master's qualification work is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of financial recovery of enterprises in a crisis, as well as on the basis of financial diagnostics of the enterprise to develop recommendations for the implementation of measures for its financial recovery. Tasks: 1) to consider the financial recovery of the enterprise as a means of preventing its bankruptcy; 2) determine the mechanism of financial recovery of the enterprise; 3) to investigate the methodological tools for diagnosing the insolvency of the enterprise; 4) to carry out the general characteristic of SE Plant «ELECTROVAZHMASH»; 5) to make the analysis of probability of bankruptcy of the enterprise and its efficiency; 6) substantiated restructuring as an effective way to rehabilitate the enterprise; 7) consider the management of liquidity and solvency of the enterprise. Research methods: methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative and economic analysis, graphic method, statistical, abstract-logical, descriptive and methods of economic-mathematical modeling. The obtained results and their novelty: 1) analyzed the financial stability of the enterprise; 2) recommendations for the financial recovery of the enterprise have been developed.
