Засоби відтворення українською мовою англомовної термінології сфери дизайну та виготовлення одягу

Abstract

EN : Thesis is consists of 57 pages, 88 sources, 1 appendix. The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a topical problem as the specificity of translation of English terminology in the field of fashion design and production . The object of the work can be defined as the English terminology of design and manufacture of clothes. The main aim of the paper consists in making translation analysis of English terminology in the field of design and manufacture of clothing in the translation into the Ukrainian language. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: - to analyze the approaches to the interpretation of the concept of term and to determine the lexical and semantic features of terminology; - to research existing classifications of terms - to reveal translational correspondences and transformations of English terminology in the sphere of fashion design and in translation into Ukrainian; - to analyze the transfer of complex terminology in the field of design and manufacture of clothes in translation into Ukrainian from English. The research problem consists in the difficulty of translating the terminology of design and clothing design in the translation from English into Ukrainian in connection with the insufficiently covered issues of formation, development and formation of the terminological vocabulary of design, stages of development of terminology of this area, its current status and structural features of terminological units of design, their thematic, as well as lexical and semantic representation. Theoretical significance consists in the fact that the concepts and ideas of researchers to address the structural and semantic features of English terminology of design and clothing manufacture and the specifics of their translation have gained further development. The practical significance lies in the fact that the results of the study can be used in reading at universities special courses in translation studies. The results of the work 67 can also be used in linguodidactics, in language teaching for special purposes of students; in terminographic practice for compiling dictionaries, reference books and teaching aids, and can also serve as a basis for further research in the field of terminology. The scientific novelty of the presented research lies in the investigation of the ways, mechanisms of translation terminology in the field of design and manufacture of clothes from English into Ukrainian.

Термінологія стала предметом зацікавлення таких наступних лінгвістів: В. М Лейчик, В. М Нікітін, А. В. Суперанська, Т. А. Мітрофанова, Л. В. Широкова, Р. Л. Береснева, А. О. Худолій Особливостями теорії та практики перекладу термінології займались такі науковці як О.Г.Улумбеков, Л. І. Борисова, С. І. Влахов, С. П. Флорін, А. С. Герд, В. В. Демецька, Л. Ю. Зубова, Т. А. Казакова, В. Н. Коміссаров, Т. Р. Левицька, З. Д. Львовська, В. А. Рущаков, О. М. Солнцев, Д. В. Самойлов, Н. Н. Гавриленко, К. Хергет, Т. Алегре. У своїх працях розглядали питання особливості мови та перекладу М. Ю. Волгіна, Н. І.Кролик, Т. А.Баєва, Ю. А. Константинова тощо. Отримані результати: Зроблений в рамках даного дослідження аналіз особливостей передачі англійських термінів у сфері моди засобами української мови свідчить про те, що особливості дискурсу моди повинні враховуватися перекладачем для того, щоб реципієнт переказного тексту отримав той же обсяг інформації, що і реципієнт тексту оригіналу. Можна зробити висновок, що пласт термінології дизайну та одягу перекладається шляхом калькування, транслітерації і транскрипції через нестачу еквівалента в мові перекладу.
