Мета дослідження: теоретичне обґрунтування особливостей формування гендерної компетентності магістрів-педагогів вищої школи засобами інформаційних технологій. Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування гендерної компетентності магістрів-педагогів вищої школи. Предмет дослідження: особливості формування гендерної компетентності магістрів-педагогів вищої школи засобами інформаційних технологій.. У роботі розглянуто компетентнісний підхід як основу підготовки магістрів – педагогів вищої школи; проаналізовано сутність гендерної компетентності магістрів-педагогів вищої школи; досліджено особливостей навчання сучасних студентів в процесі формування гендерних компетентностей засобами інформаційних технології; розкрито педагогічні аспекти використання інформаційних технологій в процесі формування гендерної компетентності магістрів-педагогів; розроблено методичні рекомендації до використання інформаційних технологій як засобу підвищення ефективності формування гендерних компетентностей магістрів – педагогів. Практичне значення одержаних результатів дослідження полягає в тому, що розроблено методичні рекомендації до використання інформаційних технологій як засобу підвищення ефективності формування гендерної компетентності магістрів-педагогів вищої школи.

The competence approach as a basis of preparation of masters - teachers of higher school is considered in the work; the essence of gender competence of masters-teachers of higher school is analyzed; the peculiarities of teaching modern students in the process of forming gender competencies by means of information technology are studied; pedagogical aspects of the use of information technologies in the process of forming the gender competence of master teachers are revealed; methodical recommendations for the use of information technologies as a means of improving the effectiveness of the formation of gender competencies of masters - teachers. The practical significance of the results of the study is that developed guidelines for the use of information technology as a means of improving the effectiveness of the formation of gender competence of master teachers of higher education.
