Особливості перекладу трилогії фентезійних фільмів "Fantastic Beasts" українською мовою

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 52 стор., 52 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження: оригінал і переклад трилогії фентезійних фільмів “Fantastic Beasts”. Мета роботи: виявити особливості та труднощі перекладу трилогії фільмів “Fantastic Beasts” на українську мову, звертаючи особливу увагу на квазілексеми фентезійного світу. Теоретико-методологічні засади: ключові положення теорії перекладу безеквівалентної лексики (реалій), їх класифікації та перекладу. Автори та дослідники, представлені у роботі: A. В. Фeдoрoв, В. С. Винoгрaдoв, Ф. Шауме, С. Влaхoв тa С. Флoрін, A. E. Супрун, Б. I. Рєпiн, A. A. Рeфoрмaтoрскiй, В. Д. Увaрoв i В. Н. Крупнoв, Г. Д. Тoмaхiн. Отримані результати: по завершенню дослідженню було виявлено, що твори жанру фентезі мають низку безеквівалентної лексики - квазілексем. Вони в свою чергу мають багато спільних рис з реаліями. Найуживанішими прийомами перекладу квазіреалій у трилогі фентезійних фільмів “Fantastic Beasts” являються прийоми транслітерації, транскрибування і калькування. Саме вони дають змогу передати та зберігти магічну атмосферу лексем. Найменш уживані прийоми напівкалькування та функціонального аналога.

EN : The presented paper adresses peculiarities and difficulties of translation of fantasy films based on popular trilogy "Fantastic Beasts". The object of the work can be defined as the original films and the translation of the films. The main aim of the paper is to identify linguistic features of translation of fantasy realia into Ukrainian. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: – profound research of translation theory and analysis of translation practice – investigation of pecularities of the selected video materials Many works of the fantasy genre have a number of non-equivalent vocabulary ̶quasi-lexemes. They, in turn, have many common features with realia. The most effective translation techniques of quasi-realia found in “Fantastic Beasts” trilogy are transliteration, transcription and calque. they allow to convey and preserve the magical atmosphere of lexemes. The least common technique is semicalque and a functional analogue. The scientific novelty of the presented research lies in a comprehensive analysis of linguistic features of the film material and its translation into Ukrainian. Special attention is paid to quasilexems of the fantasy world.
