Внаслідок збільшення її стресогенного потенціалу з’являється підвищений ризик виникнення у працівників синдрому емоційного вигорання. Тому на тлі високих вимог щодо мобільності, ініціативності та інформаційної компетентності спеціалістів особливого значення набувають такі їх професійні характеристики як працездатність та емоційна стабільність. Наукова новизна полягає у визначенні психологічних засад професійного вигорання педагогічних працівників.
EN : The work is presented on 60 pages of printed text, 4 tables, 2 figures, 8 appendices. The list of references includes 50 sources. The object of the study is the syndrome of emotional burnout. As of now, we can state a gradual increase in the symptoms of emotional burnout among representatives of various professions. This is due to the fact that the information era of human development, which we are currently experiencing, is characterized by a significant intensification, complication, increase in the social significance and responsibility of almost every sphere and branch of professional activity. Due to the increase in its stressogenic potential, there is an increased risk of emotional burnout syndrome among employees. Therefore, against the background of high requirements for mobility, initiative and information competence of specialists, their professional characteristics such as work capacity and emotional stability acquire special importance. The scientific novelty consists in determining the psychological basis of professional burnout of pedagogical workers.
