The educational process consists in the rational acquisition of the necessary competences, knowledge, skills, facts, theories, etc. by the individual. It is implemented through the individual's direct experience of one or another content of information. Experience suggests that learning through experience is often more effective than simple assimilation of facts. We don't just react to certain stimuli of the environment, we get to know them through feeling and perception, focusing on the meaning of these stimuli for us and feeling pleasure or displeasure at the same time, which prompts further actions. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time the level of anxiety among education seekers has been revealed.
