Актуальність теми визначається тим, що в умовах сучасної економіки
функціонування будь-якого бізнесу цілком залежить від його здатності
адекватно реагувати та адаптуватися до змін ринкових умов. Одним із
важливих шляхів цієї адаптації є побудова організаційної структури всього
підприємства (при створенні підприємства) або наступні зміни
(реорганізація).
Питання управління досі не має повністю сформованого
концептуального інструменту, який би міг чітко визначити організаційну
структуру. А. В. Шегда пояснює різноманіття визначень, наявних у
літературних джерелах, переважно абстрактним характером
концептуальних систем, структур, організацій та труднощами, пов’язаними
з розмежуванням керованих об’єктів і керованих систем. Проаналізувавши
економічну літературу з питань управління, з цим не можна не погодитися.
Існують різні підходи до побудови організаційних структур, і в цілому
вчені мають багато думок з цього приводу. В основному багато авторів
зводять поняття організаційної структури до певної сукупності елементів
керованих об'єктів і суб'єктів і зв'язків, що існують між ними. Проявом цього
є об'єднання людей у структурні одиниці, через формулювання та
реалізацію управлінських рішень для досягнення цілей, поставлених перед
кожною окремою людиною та перед усім підприємством.
Деякі автори звужують поняття дослідження до набору структурних
підрозділів фірми [2] або простої форми поділу праці менеджерів [3, с.25],
тим самим обмежуючи можливості самої системи управління та заходи
щодо вдосконалювати його на теоретичному та практичному рівнях.
Проблемою вивчення організаційних структур у сфері збутової
діяльності займалися Болт Г.Й., Бурцев В.В., Козак І.М., Осипова Л.В.,
Синяєва Н.М., Бєлінський П.І., Вайсман А. Ф., Семенченко Н. В. та інші
дослідники.
На фоні значних досягнень попередніх науковців залишаються
невирішеними деякі проблеми у сфері організаційної структури окремих
підприємств, зокрема: визначення конкретних умов і факторів, за яких
бізнес повинен обирати ту чи іншу організаційну структуру обслуговування,
пошук шляхів удосконалити певну форму організації таких принципів, як
конструкція та функція структури.
Метою даної роботи є дослідження різних організаційних структур, а
також розгляд можливих варіантів удосконалення організаційної структури
підприємства туристичної галузі.
Відповідно до мети кваліфікаційної роботи були виділені такі основні
завдання:
- визначити сутність та зміст поняття та класифікацію організаційних
структур підприємств;
- висвітлити методичні підходи до удосконалення організаційних
структур підприємств;
- проаналізувати структуру організації управління підприємства;
- навести рекомендації та пропозиції щодо покращення організаційної
структури підприємства.
Об'єктом дослідження є Запорізький філіал компанії JOIN UP.
Предмет дослідження - організаційна структура компанії.
Методи дослідження. При виконанні кваліфікаційної роботи були
використані такі методи дослідження: аналіз і синтез – для визначення
підходів до сутності та економічного змісту організаційної структури;
логічне узагальнення – для узагальнення існуючих методів діагностики
ефективності організаційної структури компанії; порівняльний та
статистичний аналіз – при дослідженні стану діяльності досліджуваного
підприємства на ринку; функціональний підхід використаний при розробці
пропозицій щодо покращення організаційної структури підприємства;
графічний метод – для графічного представлення отриманих результатів
дослідження.
Інформаційну базу роботи становлять наукові роботи з менеджменту
та економіки, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних авторів,
практичні матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет.
В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць,
графіків, схем. Обробка даних здійснювалась за допомогою сучасних
інформаційних технологій.

The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that in the conditions
of the modern economy, the functioning of any business depends entirely on its
ability to adequately respond and adapt to changes in market conditions. One of
the important ways of this adaptation is the construction of the organizational
structure of the entire enterprise (when creating an enterprise) or subsequent
changes (reorganization).
The issue of management still does not have a fully formed conceptual tool
that could clearly define the organizational structure. A. V. Shegda explains the
variety of definitions available in literary sources mainly by the abstract nature of
conceptual systems, structures, organizations and the difficulties associated with
distinguishing between managed objects and managed systems [1, p.401]. Having
analyzed the economic literature on management issues, one cannot but agree
with this.
There are different approaches to building organizational structures, and in
general, scholars have many opinions on this matter. Basically, many authors
reduce the concept of organizational structure to a certain set of elements of
managed objects and subjects and the relationships that exist between them. A
manifestation of this is the unification of people into structural units, through the
formulation and implementation of management decisions to achieve the goals set
for each individual and for the entire enterprise.
Some authors narrow the concept of research to a set of structural divisions
of the firm [2] or a simple form of division of labor of managers [3, p.25], thereby
limiting the capabilities of the management system itself and measures to improve
it at the theoretical and practical levels.
Bolt G.Y., Burtsev V.V., Kozak I.M., Osypova L.V., Sinyaeva N.M.,
Belinsky P.I., Vaisman A.F. dealt with the problem of studying organizational
structures in the field of sales activities. , N.V. Semenchenko and other
researchers.
Against the background of significant achievements of previous scientists,
some problems in the field of organizational structure of individual enterprises
remain unsolved, in particular: determination of specific conditions and factors
under which a business should choose a particular organizational structure of
service, search for ways to improve a certain form of organization of principles
such as design and function structures.
The purpose of this work is the study of various organizational structures,
as well as consideration of possible options for improving the organizational
structure of a tourism industry enterprise.
In accordance with the purpose of the qualification work, the following
main tasks were selected:
- to determine the essence and content of the concept and classification of
organizational structures of enterprises;
- highlight methodical approaches to improving the organizational
structures of enterprises;
- to analyze the structure of the management organization of the enterprise;
- make recommendations and proposals for improving the organizational
structure of the enterprise.
The object of the study is the Zaporizhzhia branch of the JOIN UP
company.
The subject of the research is the organizational structure of the company.
Research methods. The following research methods were used during the
qualification work: analysis and synthesis - to determine approaches to the
essence and economic content of the organizational structure; logical
generalization – to generalize the existing methods of diagnosing the effectiveness
of the company's organizational structure; comparative and statistical analysis -
when investigating the state of the business under investigation on the market; the
functional approach is used in the development of proposals for improving the
organizational structure of the enterprise; graphic method - for graphical
representation of the obtained research results.
The information base of the work consists of scientific works on
management and economics, monographic studies and articles by domestic
authors, practical materials and official statistical data, Internet resources. In the
work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and
diagrams. Data processing was carried out using modern information
technologies.
