негативно впливає на кінцеві результати роботи підприємств.
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних основ
інтегрованих систем менеджменту якості, розкриття ефективних
інструментів та обґрунтуванні практичних рекомендацій щодо
вдосконалення ефективного управління вітчизняними компаніями з
урахуванням запозиченого досвіду ізраїльських підприємств.
Об’єкт дослідження є процес організації інтегрованих систем
менеджменту якості.
Інформаційну базу роботи становлять наукові роботи з менеджменту та
економіки, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних авторів,
практичні матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет. В
роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць.
Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи
інтегрованих систем менеджменту визначено основні елементи та шляхи
вдосконалення. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було досліджено
міжнародні стандарти якості управління.

unstable external environment, tough competitiveness on the domestic and foreign
markets and the regulation of relations between the producer and the consumer,

competitive advantages of quality management systems. Standardization acts as an
organizational tool for achieving the goals of successful business activity.
However, the lack of knowledge about the experience of applying international
integrated quality management systems negatively affects the final results of the
enterprises.
The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical foundations
of integrated quality management systems, reveal effective tools and substantiate
practical recommendations for improving the effective management of domestic
companies, taking into account the borrowed experience of Israeli enterprises.
The object of research is the process of organizing integrated quality
management systems.
The information base of the work consists of scientific works on
management and economics, monographic studies and articles by domestic
authors, practical materials and official statistical data, Internet resources. In the
work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables.
During the work, the theoretical foundations of integrated management
systems were considered, the main elements and ways of improvement were
determined. On the basis of theoretical material, international standards of
management quality were studied.
