балансу зовнішньої торгівлі. Туризм також має великий вплив на розвиток
різних ключових секторів економіки та є однією з найприбутковіших галузей у
світі. Тому вкрай необхідно прискорити темпи розвитку туристичної галузі
нашої країни. На ринку міжнародного туризму якість послуг є найпотужнішою
зброєю в конкурентній боротьбі. Якість послуг в кінцевому рахунку сприяє
загальній економічній ефективності туристичної галузі
Метою кваліфікаційної робити є аналіз процесу управління якістю
обслуговування на підприємстві ТОВ «TUI».
Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації управління якістю
обслуговування споживачів на туристичному підприємстві.
Інформаційну базу роботи становлять вітчизняні та закордонні статті,
публікації з теми якості обслуговування, підручники, монографії, що описують
аспекти управління якістю обслуговування на туристичних підприємствах,
статистичні дані підприємства ТОВ «TUI».
Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи управління
якістю обслуговування споживачів на туристичному підприємстві. На основі
теоретичного матеріалу було досліджено діяльність підприємства «TUI» на
туристичному ринку, проаналізовано внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище
підприємства, проаналізовано аспекти управління якістю обслуговування на
підприємстві та надано рекомендації з вдосконалення управління якістю
обслуговування на підприємстві ТОВ «TUI».

emergence of high-income segments of the population of Ukraine caused interest in
improving the quality of tourist services. In addition, tourism is the main field of
activity of many countries of the world and plays an important role in the formation of
the gross domestic product, ensuring the employment of the population and activating
the balance of foreign trade. Tourism also has a great impact on the development of
various key sectors of the economy and is one of the most profitable industries in the
world. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to speed up the pace of development of the
tourism industry in my country. The quality of tourist services is an urgent problem of
the development of this branch of the national economy. In the market of international
tourism, the quality of services is the most powerful weapon in the competitive
struggle. The quality of services ultimately contributes to the overall economic
efficiency of the tourism industry
The aim of the thesis is to study the features and principles of managing the
quality of service to consumers at a tourist enterprise.
The object of the thesis is the analysis of the process of managing the quality of
service at the enterprise of LLC "TUI".
Research information base. The source base of the research was domestic and
foreign articles, publications on the topic of service quality, textbooks, monographs
describing aspects of service quality management at tourist enterprises, statistical data
of the company LLC "TUI".
During the performance of the work, the theoretical foundations of managing
the quality of customer service at the tourist enterprise were considered. On the basis
of theoretical material, the activity of the enterprise "TUI" in the tourist market was
studied, the internal and external environment of the enterprise was analyzed, the
aspects of service quality management at the enterprise were analyzed, and
recommendations were made for improving the management of service quality at the
enterprise of LLC "TUI".
