Предмет дослідження – вивчити закономірності сорбції ароматичних речовин (одорантів) із розчинів темплітованими та нетемплітованими 20% термотропними желатиновими драглями та вплив на цей процес фізико-хімічних характеристик одоранту.
Мета роботи – вивчити закономірності сорбції ароматичних речовин (одорантів) із розчинів темплітованими 20% термотропними желатиновими драглями та вплив на цей процес структури одоранту.
Методи досліджень та апаратура – оптичні, розрахунковий, лабораторні терези, хімічний посуд, сушильна шафа SPT 200, водяна баня, електропіч, СФ-46, КФК-3.
В результаті експериментальних досліджень на термотропних 20% желатинових драглях з і без темплітування визначили ступінь вилучення, коефіцієнт розподілення, характер залежності сорбції тимолу та ваніліну від їх початкової концентрації, порівняли сорбційні властивості і побудували ізотерми сорбції тимолу та ваніліну, порівняли показники сорбції одорантів при застосуванні темплітів і без, розрахували термодинамічні показники сорбції.
