Актуальність роботи обумовлена зростанням важливості оцінки та
забезпечення конкурентоспроможності для сучасних суб’єктів
підприємницької діяльності. Військова агресія росії проти України суттєво
змінила вітчизняні ринки збуту продукції (робіт, послуг), що вимагає
корегування стратегій забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та
інтенсифікації зусиль українських підприємств щодо підвищення власної
конкурентоспроможності, у тому числі це стосується АТ «Укрпошта».
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є підвищення рівня
конкурентоспроможності АТ «Укрпошта» в умовах зростання конкуренції на
ринках поштових послуг на основі оцінки за рахунок розробки комплексу
оптимізаційних заходів.
Для досягнення зазначеної мети вирішувалися наступні завдання:
дослідити особливості конкурентоспроможності як ключову складову
фінансово-господарської діяльності суб’єкта підприємництва; розкрити
сутність, особливості та складові менеджменту конкурентоспроможності;
систематизувати методичні підходи до оцінки менеджменту
конкурентоспроможності суб’єкта господарювання; надати організаційно-
економічну характеристику діяльності АТ «Укрпошта»; провести оцінку
ринку поштових послуг в Україні та визначити місце на ньому
досліджуваного підприємства; здійснити діагностику менеджменту
конкурентоспроможності на АТ «Укрпошта»; розробити заходи оптимізації
на основі імплементації закордонного досвіду у контексті збільшення
конкурентоспроможності досліджуваного підприємства; запропонувати
комплекс заходів підвищення конкурентоспроможності АТ «Укрпошта».
Об'єктом дослідження є управління конкурентоспроможністю на АТ
«Укрпошта» в умовах зростання конкуренції на ринках поштових послуг.
Предметом дослідження є процеси менеджменту
конкурентоспроможності підприємства поштового зв’язку АТ «Укрпошта» в
умовах зростання конкуренції.
Методи дослідження. При виконанні кваліфікаційної роботи були
використані такі методи дослідження: системно-структурний аналіз – для
вивчення різних теоретичних підходів до визначення
конкурентоспроможності та її оцінки; аналіз і синтез, узагальнення – для
дослідження фінансово-економічного стану компанії; графічний – для
наочного відображення динаміки діяльності досліджуваного підприємства;
схематичного зображення – для наочного зображення взаємозв’язків
елементів процесу (явища); розрахунково-конструктивний – для визначення
рівня конкурентоспроможності; статистичний та аналітичний – для
опрацювання, групування фінансової та статистичної звітності підприємства;
метод порівняння – для порівняння показників господарської діяльності
підприємств-конкурентів.
Інформаційну базу роботи склали спеціалізована література з
менеджменту, економіки, наукові статті вітчизняних та зарубіжних авторів,
монографії та інтернет-ресурси, офіційні статистичні дані Державного
комітету статистики України, фінансова звітність АТ «Укрпошта».
Обробка та оформлення результатів наукового дослідження
здійснювалося з використанням сучасних інформаційних технологій та
програмного забезпечення.

"Ukrposhta" in the conditions of increased competition in the postal service

The relevance of the work is due to the growing importance of assessing and
ensuring competitiveness for modern business entities. Russia's military aggression
against Ukraine has significantly changed domestic sales markets for products
(works, services), which requires the adjustment of strategies for ensuring
competitiveness and the intensification of efforts of Ukrainian enterprises to
increase their own competitiveness, including the Ukrposhta JSC.
The aim of the bachelor's qualification work is to increase the level of
competitiveness of JSC "Ukrposhta" in the conditions of increased competition in
the postal service markets based on the evaluation due to the development of a set
of optimization measures.
To achieve the specified goal, the following tasks were solved: to investigate
the features of competitiveness as a key component of the financial and economic
activity of the business entity; reveal the essence, features and components of
competitiveness management; to systematize methodical approaches to the
management assessment of the competitiveness of a business entity; provide an
organizational and economic description of the activities of JSC "Ukrposhta";
conduct an assessment of the market of postal services in Ukraine and determine
the place of the investigated enterprise in it; carry out a diagnosis of
competitiveness management at JSC "Ukrposhta"; to develop optimization
measures based on the implementation of foreign experience in the context of
increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise under study; to propose a set of
measures to increase the competitiveness of JSC "Ukrposhta".
The object of the study is the management of competitiveness at JSC
"Ukrposhta" in the conditions of increasing competition in the postal service
markets.
The subject of the study is the management processes of the competitiveness
of the postal company JSC "Ukrposhta" in the conditions of increasing
competition.
Research methods. The following research methods were used during the
qualification work: system-structural analysis - to study various theoretical
approaches to determining competitiveness and its assessment; analysis and
synthesis, generalization - for the study of the financial and economic condition of
the company; graphic - for a visual display of the dynamics of the business under
study; schematic image - for a visual representation of the interrelationships of
process elements (phenomenon); calculation and construction - to determine the
level of competitiveness; statistical and analytical - for processing and grouping
financial and statistical reporting of the enterprise; comparison method - for
comparing the indicators of economic activity of competing enterprises.
The information base of the work consisted of specialized literature on
management, economics, scientific articles by domestic and foreign authors,
monographs and Internet resources, official statistical data of the State Statistics
Committee of Ukraine, financial statements of JSC "Ukrposhta".
The processing and design of the results of scientific research was carried
out using modern information technologies and software.
