Інформаційно-комунікаційна діяльність пресслужби ДСНС у Запорізький області в умовах сучасних викликів

Abstract

UA : Для виконання кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра «Інформаційно-комунікаційна діяльність пресслужби ДСНС у Запорізький області в умовах сучасних викликів» – використано 59 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є пресслужба ГУ ДСНС в Запорізькій області. Предметом дослідження є інформаційно-комунікаційна діяльність пресслужби державної установи в регіональному медіапросторі в умовах воєнного стану. Мета дослідження: визначити особливості функціонування пресслужби ГУ ДСНС в Запорізькій області в умовах сучасних викликів. Методи дослідження: аналіз й синтез на теоретичному та емпіричному рівнях, порівняльний та описовий методи, контент-аналіз, індукція, метод класифікації та узагальнення, проблемно-тематичний метод. Для реалізації поставленої мети необхідно виконати такі завдання: 1) окреслити місце пресслужб у системі інформаційних відносин, інформаційно-аналітичної діяльності та зв’язків із громадськістю; 2) охарактеризувати основні принципи, форми та методи комунікації державних установ зі ЗМІ та громадськістю; 3) визначити специфіку функціонування, канали, формати та інструменти пресслужби ГУ ДСНС України в Запорізькій області; 4) проаналізувати соціальні мережі аналізованої пресслужби як інструменти інформаційно-комунікаційної діяльності. Методологічну і теоретичну основу дослідження складають праці, присвячені розгляду пресслужб таких дослідників, як А. Башук, В. Березенко, В. Королько, В. Мойсеєв, І. Слісаренко та ін. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у спробі визначити особливості роботи пресслужби державної установи у м. Запоріжжі. Сфера застосування: матеріали проведеного дослідження можуть бути використані у професійній діяльності прессекретарів держустанов. Теоретичні і практичні положення можуть стати у нагоді під час підготовки курсів відповідної проблематики у вищих навчальних закладах.

EN : Danilenko Y. Information and Communication Activities of the Press Service of the State Emergency Service in Zaporizhzhia Region under the Conditions of Modem Challenges. Zaporizhzhya, 2024. 64 pр. The object of the study is the press service of the State Emergency Service in Zaporizhzhia region. The subject focuses on the information and communication activities of the press service of a state institution within the regional media space. The primary purpose of the study is to determine the peculiarities of the functioning of the press service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Zaporizhzhia region, particularly in the context of modern challenges. Research methods: analysis and synthesis at both theoretical and empirical levels, comparative and descriptive methods, content analysis, induction, classification and generalization methods, and problematic and thematic methods. Several objectives were set to accomplish the study's goal: 1) to define the concept of "press service"; 2) to study the regulatory and legal aspects of information and communication activities of press services. 3) to characterize the basic principles and tools of communication between state institutions, the media, and the public. 4) to identify the peculiarities of anti-crisis communications of communication units of state institutions in the current conditions. 5) to determine the specific functions of the press service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region. The methodological and theoretical basis of the study draws on the works of various researchers. V. Berezenko has extensively studied the theoretical and applied problems of PS in Ukraine. Z. Kazanzhi, V. Pavliuk, and V. Lebedieva summarize the experience of communication structures within government authorities. A. Panasenko analyzes the current state of interaction between the media and press services of operational response bodies. Researchers such as O. Bobalo, M. Zatserkivna, V. Kushnir, N. Sanakoieva, L. Shevchenko, H. Shumytska, and V. Putrashyk explore the organization of work with the media in higher education institutions. The experiences of press officers are studied by E. Provornyi, V. Skorostetskyi, and P. Bilyan. Scholars including N. Bilan, M. Netreba, S. Danylenko, A. Derevianko, and H. Pocheptsov have investigated the specifics of press services, examining both theoretical and practical aspects of press service functioning as a special unit in the media space. The scientific novelty of the study lies in its attempt to determine the peculiarities of the work of the press service of a public institution in Zaporizhzhia. Scope of application: The findings and materials from this study can be used in the professional activities of press secretaries of state institutions. Furthermore, the theoretical and practical provisions can be beneficial in preparing courses on relevant issues within higher education institutions.
