Інформаційною базою роботи стала наукова література з економіки та менеджменту, інтерв’ю власників компанії «Нова Пошта» та їх офіційний сайт, аналітичні та статистичні дані з мережі Інтернет.
У кваліфікаційній роботі інформація подана та відтворена за допомогою рисунків та таблиць.
