The process of further development of such scientific results has been defined:
There is a lack of personnel policy in banking regulations;
Methodical and theoretical foundations of motivation of the staff were examined, special material and non-material motivation was given;
Analyzed the activities of the staff of Ukrsibbank;
an assessment of the motivational potential of Ukrsibbank's employees was carried out;
the staff's motivation was assessed at the bank;
The positions and hats of the Bank's staff were broken down to improve their motivation in banks.
Methods of further development: theoretical legalization, logical legalization, breakthrough analysis, deductive, marketing analysis, corolaryal analysis, index analysis and inin.
The scientific novelty is reflected in the development of the system of staff motivation in Ukrsibbank.

The results of the previous training may be retained in the activities of commercial banks, personnel departments and recruitment agencies, with the help of the system of motivation of the personnel.
UA : Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розробка шляхів удосконалення системи мотивації персоналу в АТ «Укрсиббанк».
У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати:
визначено сутність кадрової політики у банківських установах;
розглянуто методико-теоретичні основи мотивації персоналу;
проведено аналіз діяльності персоналу АТ «Укрсиббанк»;
проведено оцінку мотиваційного потенціалу працівників АТ «Укрсиббанк»;
розглянуто зарубіжний досвід мотивації персоналу в банку; розроблено шляхи удосконалення мотивації персоналу в банках. Методи дослідження: теоретичного узагальнення, логічного узагальнення, порівняльного аналізу, дедуктивний, маркетингового аналізу, кореляційний аналіз, індексний аналіз та ін. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у розробці шляхів удосконалення системи мотивації персоналу в АТ «Укрсиббанк».
Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані в діяльності комерційних банків, відділів кадрів та кадрових агентств, при формуванні системи мотивації персоналу.
