UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з 3 розділів, 60 с., 17 таблиць, 30 рисунків, 50 джерел.
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження стану інновацій промислового підприємства ТОВ ВО «ОСКАР», з подальшою розробкою шляхів удосконалення інноваційної діяльності.
У першому розділі проаналізовані теоретичні основи інноваційної діяльності підприємства, розглянуто види та сутністьінновацій, розкрито зміст поняття інновація та інноваційна діяльність, а також розглянута їїкласифікації, розробка інновацій на підприємстві та методи її вимірювання.
У другому розділі розкрито суть організаційної структури управління та характеристика напрямів діяльності підприємства, розглянуті фінансові показники підприємства, та надана оцінка інноваційній діяльності ТОВ ВО «ОСКАР».
У третьому розділі запропоновані напрямки вдосконалення інноваційної діяльності на підприємстві. Розроблені та обґрунтовані інноваційні заходи через використання науково- технічного потенціалу ТОВ ВО «ОСКАР».
