Особливості юридичної термінології англійської мови та специфіка її перекладу

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 60 стор., 67 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження: англомовні юридичні терміни та їх переклад. Мета роботи: виявити особливості перекладу англійської юридичної термінології . Теоретико-методологічні засади: Проблему вивчення терміносистеми права, закономірностей її розвитку й функціонування в різні періоди розглядалися в працях вітчизняних і зарубіжних дослідників: Д. Мелінкоффа, Є. Бортничука, Е. Дерді, А. Суперанської, Т. Кияка та ін. Особливості перекладу юридичних текстів розглянуто в працях С. Тюленєва, В. Алімова. Отримані результати: у ході дослідження розглянули основні етапи розвитку юридичної лінгвістики в Україні та лінгвокультурні фактори передачі юридичного тексту. Ми винайшли, що в юридичній термінології зустрічаються переважно складні терміни та терміни-словосполучення. Велику роль при перекладі словосполучень відіграє саме аналітичний етап – переклад окремих його компонентів. А для цього необхідно правильно визначити компоненти складного терміна, оскільки ними можуть бути не тільки слова, а й словосполучення, що входять до складу складного терміну.

EN : The subject of the research is the peculiarities of the translation of English legal terms into Ukrainian. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current practice and problems of legal translation, to determine the features and methods of legal terminology translation. Legal language includes the language of laws, the language of court decisions, the language of legal science and expertise, the language of departmental written communication. The translation problems of legal terms arise from the inconsistency of the source language and the target language terminological systems, the lack of systematic correspondences. Among the main ways of translating non-equivalent legal terms are substitution and transformation, they are the most common. Such methods are divided into: transcoded borrowing (transliteration, transcription); literal translation; descriptive or explanatory translation, approximate translation or as it is called, analog. The first section is a theoretical research aimed at in-depth analysis of the content of the topic on the basis of scholarly literature. In the second, analytical section, attention is focused on the practical use of translational transformations in scientific and technical materials in jurisprudence. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the work is attributed to the fact that we have studied and analyzed current trends and approaches to the study of translation problems in judicial terms and texts.
