Актуальність роботи обумовлена тим, що сучасний санітарно-гігієнічнй підхід до лімітування шкідливих речовин у середовищі шляхом визначення гранично допустимих концентрацій не гарантує повної відсутності шкідливого впливу на організм. Ситуація загострюється, коли у водному середовищі знаходяться декілька шкідливих речовин у концентраціях, близьких до ГДК, але їх не перевищуючих, отже потрібно враховувати можливий негативний синергічний ефект дії даних забруднювачів. Дослідження даного питання, на рівні сучасного забруднення довкілля є недостатнім.
Об’єкт дослідження – вплив катіонів металів на рухову активність та поведінкові реакції дафній.
Предмет дослідження – вплив на рухову активність та поведінкові реакції дафній катіонів Купруму та Феруму при їх концентрації 0,01, 0,1 та 1ГДК для водойм господарчо-побутового водокористування.
