Актуальність теми дослідження полягає в тому, що лідерські якості є однією з ключових характеристик сучасної особистості, що зумовлює її успішну соціалізацію, професійний розвиток та ефективну взаємодію в суспільстві. Формування лідерських якостей у дітей розпочинається у ранньому віці, коли дитина сприймає базові моделі поведінки та взаємодії із соціального оточення. У цьому контексті особливе значення має сім’я як первинне середовище соціалізації дитини. Саме в сім’ї закладаються основи емоційної стабільності, впевненості у собі, довіри до оточуючих, які безпосередньо впливають на формування лідерських якостей. Наукова новизна полягає в тому, що вперше на основі емпіричного дослідження встановлено зв’язок між емоційною близькістю батьків і рівнем розвитку лідерських якостей у дітей. In this context, the family is of particular importance as the primary environment for the child's socialization. It is in the family that the foundations of emotional stability, self-confidence, trust in others are laid, which directly affect the formation of leadership qualities. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time, based on empirical research, a connection has been established between the emotional closeness of parents and the level of development of leadership qualities in children. Specific recommendations have been developed to optimize family relationships in order to develop leadership potential.
