Abstract
EN : Research objective: to investigate the features of social work technologies for the integration of internally displaced persons into host communities. Research object: the process of integration of internally displaced persons into host communities. Research subject: social work technologies for the integration of internally displaced persons into host communities. Research methods: scientific analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, secondary analysis, content analysis. Hypothesis: The effectiveness of the integration of internally displaced persons into host communities is significantly increased if comprehensive social work technologies are implemented, which combine economic integration measures (employment, support for entrepreneurship), ensuring basic needs (housing, social services, transport accessibility), developing psychosocial support and creating conditions for the active participation of IDPs in community life. Conclusions: 1. The basic basis of this system is social diagnostics, which provides scientifically substantiated knowledge of the client's social reality, identifying the cause-and-effect relationships of his problems and forming a social diagnosis as a starting point for further intervention. It is thanks to the use of a complex of methods (conversation, interviewing, observation, document analysis, social maps, etc.) that the specialist receives a holistic vision of the life situation of a person or family. 2. The integration of internally displaced persons is a multidimensional process that requires a systemic approach and a combination of different technologies. The effectiveness of this process largely depends on the level of coordination between social policy actors, the activity of IDPs themselves, and the ability of communities to adapt support tools to changing socio-economic conditions.
