Об’єктом дослідження: художній кінофільм «The Judge».
Мета роботи: визначити особливості перекладу текстів, що є
специфічними в контексті даного дослідження та на підставі аналізу способів
перекладу виявити закономірності, характерні для перекладу англомовних
художніх кінотекстів юридичного спрямування українською мовою.
Теоретико-методологічні засади: складають такі методи, зумовлені
поставленими метою та завданнями: класифікації – для виявлення і
розрізнення видів текстів і термінів; аналізу, за допомогою якого розкрито
систему способів перекладу та виявлено їх характерні особливості. З метою
підведення підсумків, формулювання висновків і пропозицій було застосовано
методи узагальнення, абстрагування, синтезу, дедукції та індукції.
EN : The present paper is dedicated to the problems of translation activity in the
process of translation of literary texts of legal nature from English into Ukrainian
will be considered on the example of the movie "The Judge". In order to
comprehensively cover this issue, the research will consist of the following
subdivisions:
– analysis of signs, features, common and distinctive features of text categories
and legal text and classification of legal terms, determination of ways and methods
of formation of English legal terminology;
– consideration of the features and basic principles of translation of legal texts
from English into Ukrainian;
– characterization of the specifics of translation of simple legal terms
– study of difficulties in adapting derivative terms and abbreviations of the legal
sphere from English into Ukrainian;
– consideration of the issue of translation of non-terminological vocabulary of
legal subjects.
