The subject of the research: game technologies as a means of forming the personality of a junior high school student. The purpose of the study: substantiation of the theoretical foundations of the problem of the introduction of game technologies in the process of education of junior high school students, development of methodological recommendations for the use of game technologies in the educational space of the National Academy of Sciences. The qualification work highlights the essence and content of the concept of "game technologies" of education; scientific approaches to the classification of game technologies in psychological and pedagogical literature are analyzed; the peculiarities of the application of game technologies in the educational process for the purpose of forming the personality of a junior high school student are characterized; methodical recommendations on the use of game technologies in the educational space of NUS have been developed.
