Об'єктом сторінки у соціальній мережі Instagram та Facebook регіональних
салонів краси «N515 beauty salon» та «G.bar».
Предметом дослідження є засоби реклами та PR у просуванні б’юті салонів
в соціальних мережах.
Мета дослідження полягає в визначенні тенденцій просування брендів у
б’юті сфері засобами реклами та PR.
Для реалізації поствленої мети необхідно такі завдання:
1) проаналізувати теоретико-методологічну базу з порушеної теми та
розкрити основні положення рекламної та PR-комунікацій в контексті SMM;
2) охарактеризувати застосованітсь сучасних засобів реклами та PR в
SMM-стратегії;
3) описати SMM-стратегію б’юті салону українського бренду;
4) визначити комплекс рекламних та PR засобів для просування б’юті
послуг, зокрема у кризових умовах.
Методи дослідження: під час здійснюваного дослідження використано
низку методів. Зокрема з метою вивчення теоертико-методологічної бази
застосовано методи синтезу та аналізу, для виявлення домінатних тенденцій
SMM-просування засобами реклами та PR проведено контент-аналіз, а також
стали при нагоді методи моніторингу та порівняння.
Методологічну і теоретичну основу дослідження складають праці
Т. Примак, Б. Обритько, Ф. Котлер, О. Суровцев, Д. Огілві, Л. Чернатоні,
Д. Нейшос, М. Руди, В. Сова, Р. Харлоу, А. Федь-Тітова.
Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в осмисленні ролі
рекламних та PR-засобів у здійсненні просування б’юті салону (його послуг та
товарів) та здійсненні контент-розбору Instagram та Facebook сторінок
регіонального салону краси на предмет шляхів просунення бренду за допомогою
SMM-інструменту а також у визначенні основної стратегії просування в
соціальних мережах б’юті-сфери засобами реклами та PR.
Сфера застосування: матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи можуть бути
використані в підготовці до вивчення відповіднх курсів, написанні курсових та
дипломних проєктів, розробці спецкурсів, а також у практичній діяльності
SMM-спеціалістів та фахівців із рекламної та PR-діяльності.
EN : Master's thesis "Advancement and PR of brands in the beauty industry" - main

The object of the Instagram and Facebook page of the regional beauty salon
"N515 beauty salon".
The subject of the study is the means of advertising and PR in the promotion of
beauty salons in social networks.
The purpose of the research is to determine the trends of promoting brands in
social networks by means of advertising and PR.
The following tasks are necessary to realize the stated goal:
1) to analyze the theoretical and methodological basis of the discussed topic and
reveal the main provisions of advertising and PR communications in the context of
SMM;
2) characterize the application of modern means of advertising and PR in the
SMM strategy;
3) describe the SMM strategy of the beauty salon of the Ukrainian brand;
4) to determine a set of advertising and PR means for promoting beauty services,
in particular in crisis conditions.
Research methods: a number of methods were used during the research. In
particular, in order to study the theoretical and methodological base, methods of
synthesis and analysis were applied, content analysis was conducted to identify the
dominant trends of SMM promotion by means of advertising and PR, and monitoring
and comparison methods were also useful.
The methodological and theoretical basis of the study consists of the works of T.
Primak, B. Obrytko, F. Kotler, O. Surovtsev, D. Ogilvy, L. Chernatoni, D. Neishos, M.
Rudy, V. Sova, R. Harlow, A. Fed - Titova
The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the understanding of the role
of advertising and PR tools in the promotion of the beauty salon (its services and
products) and in the content analysis of the Instagram and Facebook pages of the
regional beauty salon for ways to promote the brand using the SMM tool, as well as in
determining the main strategy of promotion in social networks of the beauty sphere by
means of advertising and PR.
Scope of application: the materials of the qualification work can be used in
preparation for studying relevant courses, writing coursework and diploma projects,
developing special courses, as well as in the practical activities of SMM specialists and
specialists in advertising and PR activities.
