UA : Для виконання кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра «Сучасна реклама в аудіовізуальних медіа: регулятивні інструменти» опрацьовано 44 джерела.
Предметом дослідження є особливості законодавчого регулювання сучасної реклами в аудіовізуальних медіа.
Об’єкт дослідження – реклама в аудіовізуальних медіа 11 канал, ICTV та ICTV2 з січня 2024 по травень 2024.
Мета роботи полягає у дослідженні законодавчих регулятивних інструментів аудіовізуальної реклами на телебаченні.
Методи дослідження: аналізу й синтезу під час вироблення наукової концепції; типологічний, компаративний під час аналізу практичного матеріалу.
Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у спробі дослідження сучасних законодавчих регулятивних інструментів аудіовізуальної реклами на телеканалах 11 канал, ICTV та ICTV2.
Практичне значення роботи визначається можливістю використання результатів дослідження для подальшої розробки навчальних курсів з регулювання рекламної діяльності.
У результаті проведеного дослідження проаналізовано практику дотримання норм законодавства у сфері рекламного дискурсу на телебаченні. Досліджено нормативно-правові документи, що регулюють рекламну діяльність в Україні, та проаналізовано рекламний контент на телеканалах 11 канал, ICTV та ICTV. Висновки дослідження свідчать про необхідність посилення контролю за дотриманням законодавства у сфері реклами.
EN : Advertising activity in Ukraine is regulated by a number of legislative acts, among which the laws «On Advertising» and «On Media» take a prominent place. These laws establish the basic principles of advertising, define the rights and obligations of advertisers, its producers and distributors, and also establish restrictions on the content and forms of advertising.
The subject of this research is the peculiarities of legislative regulation of modern advertising in audiovisual media.
The object of the research is advertising in the audiovisual media of «11 Kanal», «ICTV» and «ICTV2» from January 2024 to May 2024.
The goal of the research is to study the legislative regulatory instruments of audiovisual advertising.

The research findings indicate the need to strengthen control over compliance with legislation in the field of advertising.
