Об’єкт дослідження: іспанські запозичення в сучасній англійській мові
США.
Мета роботи: виявлення лінгвальних і культурологічних особливостей
впливу іспанської мови на сучасну англійську мову США та проблем
перекладу.
Теоретико-методологічні засади: ключові положення теорії дискурсу,
розроблені в лінгвістиці (Ю. Зацний, Ю. Шовкопляс, В. Казаріна,
А. Наумовець, А. Ахмад, J. K. Lincoln).
Отримані результати: було розкрито поняття мовного запозичення.
Класифікація запозичень за ступенем асиміляції та інтеграції в
англійській мові Америки. Були проаналізовані способи перекладу
запозичень з англійської мови на українську. Під час тематичної класифікації
нами було виявлено, що найбільш поширені категорії із запозиченою
лексикою є саме «Гастрономія», «Культура та мистецтво» і «Природа».
Чимало запозичень із сфери «Гастрономія» можуть відноситись і до
категорії «Культура та мистецтво». Визначені основні способи перекладу
запозиченої лексики (зокрема реалій та ідіом з іспанським елементом):
транскрипція, транслітерація, калькування.
EN : The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a topical problem as
the language borrowings from Spanish into American English. The object of the
work can be the structural and semantic characteristics of Spanish borrowings in
American English language. The main aim of the paper consists in determination
the lingual and structural-semantic features of the influence of Spanish vocabulary
on the American English. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as:
- detailed analysis and systematization of the theoretical foundations of the
theory of discourse;
- study of the meaning of the concept of "language borrowing" and the
classification of borrowings in various aspects;
- thematic borrowings classification.
Such linguists as Y. Zatsny, V. Kazarina, A. Naumovets, Y. Shovkoplyas,
A. Akhmad, J. K. Lincoln devoted their works to the study of the problems of
borrowing in American English language.
The scientific novelty of the presented paper lies in the influence of Spanish
vocabulary on the American English language, borrowings classification by
different spheres of human activities and revealing the translation problems of
Spanish borrowings.
